Problem and Solution
The client recognized the need for a cohesive and motivating corporate culture that aligns with their strategic goals. However, the staff and management did not share a unified understanding and agreement on what the desired company culture should look like.

To address this, the project aimed to define and implement a new corporate culture by involving the entire staff in the process. This included mapping the current state of the company culture, creating a shared understanding of the goals, and developing a clear path to the desired cultural state.

As a part of this bigger project, I designed and facilitated a workshop for the management, in order to build a shared vision of the desired culture, which would take in consideration both the company's strategic goals and the staff's contributions. The goal for this workshop was not only choose the key elements of the desired company culture but also to define what these mean in actions, and behavior.
