As a manager, work-life trainer, and HR specialist, I've seen how onboarding can be done well and how unsuccessful it can be. This course is for individuals involved in onboarding and orientation who need the skills to conduct learner-centric and successful onboarding.​

This resource equips L&D professionals with the tools and mindset to drive innovative, learner-centered experiences.
Newcomers' Day at Company X
Newcomers' Day at Company X was designed to welcome new employees with an immersive introduction day. The event aimed to foster connections among new hires, introduce them to the management team, and provide a comprehensive overview of the company's values and operations. A key goal was to help new employees understand the overall operations of the company beyond their own team and function, ensuring they feel integrated, informed, and ready to contribute from the start.
Code of Conduct -training
This training program was created to complement the annual Code of Conduct training with in-person workshops. The objective was to encourage employees to discuss topics that are often interpreted differently, and to integrate the Code of Conduct more closely into their daily work and decision-making processes.
Organizational culture - workshop for management
This workshop was part of a broader organizational culture transformation initiative aimed at engaging employees at all levels to define a unified vision of the desired corporate culture. The key goal was to ensure that all staff, including management, shared a common understanding of the company's cultural target state, resulting in a cohesive and motivated workforce committed to the company's values.
